She used to make these little books for me.

Always with the string binding and the cute little pockets with kitty pictures and notes.

Her writing always got too long and wrapped around the edge.

We had so much to say to each other and we didn’t know how to say it any more.

I guess that’s what I should write in these books for her.

If you’ve ever had a friend of this caliber, I hope you can see what an amazing gift it is.
